Job Description

As a MarTech Lead at EY GDS, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital marketing ecosystem by overseeing channels, campaigns, analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Your main responsibilities will include: - **MarTech Strategy & Stack Management:** - Own and manage the overall MarTech architecture, including CRM, automation, analytics, and campaign management platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Marketo, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or equivalent. - Integrate and optimize tools for content personalization, audience segmentation, and performance measurement. - Collaborate with IT and global marketing teams to ensure systems compliance and alignment with EY's global standards. - Identify opportunities to automate workflows, enhance campaign efficiency, and improve data-driven decision-making. - **Channel & Campaign Management:** - Lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social, paid media, and internal channels. - Establish campaign workflows, tagging systems, and audience segmentation models for precise targeting. - Monitor campaign performance to enhance engagement, conversion, and reach. - **Data, Analytics & Insights:** - Define KPIs and dashboards to measure campaign and channel performance, including engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI. - Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. - Establish measurement frameworks aligned with organizational goals and collaborate with stakeholders for consolidated reporting. - **Governance & Optimization:** - Create standardized campaign processes and templates for consistency, scalability, and compliance. - Manage data hygiene, tagging, and taxonomy for accurate reporting and attribution. - Advocate for data and technology use in campaign planning and execution. - **Collaboration & Leadership:** - Partner with BMC teams to align technology roadmaps and performance measurement frameworks. - Work closely with content, design, and brand strategy teams to ensure channel insights shape creative development. - Mentor junior team members and build MarTech capability across the function. To qualify for this role, you must have: - 8-12 years of experience in MarTech, digital marketing, or performance marketing leadership. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc. - Proficiency in campaign orchestration, data management, tagging, and tracking frameworks. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
