Assistant Director/ Deputy Director Admissions

Role Overview: As an Assistant Director/Deputy Director in the Admissions & Student Outreach department at BMU, you will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging prospective students for the Law, Engineering, and Management school programs. Reporting to the Head Admissions, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic outreach initiatives, building partnerships with relevant institutions, and maximizing student inflow through relationship-building and engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to attract and engage prospective students for all graduate & postgraduate programs. - Build and strengthen connections with key influencers such as colleges, principals, and teachers to maximize visibility and engagement. - Lead relationship-building initiatives across the country to enhance student inflow. - Deliver impactful presentations and conduct interactive sessions at schools nationwide to promote programs effectively. - Plan and participate in events such as open houses, career fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent (Masters degree preferred). - 12-17 years of experience in the education industry with proven success in outreach, admission, relationship management, or similar roles. - Strong expertise in relationship-building and stakeholder engagement. - Extensive network and connections. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Proactive, persistent, and detail-oriented approach to tasks. - Willingness to travel frequently as part of outreach initiatives.
