Job Description

Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Manage IT teams and departments, Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Upgrade and install hardware and software, ensure data security through firewalls and antivirus software.
Oversee and manage user accounts, permissions, and access control for employees.
Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery solutions.
Monitor and maintain network security, including firewall and VPN management.
Keep IT structures up-to-date, plan, and implement upgrades or new technology solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Provide essential and prompt service to the company or the company’s clients to fix network failures and other issues
Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and software.
Ensure IT compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
