AIS Windows is expanding! We're looking for a dynamic Training Lead to build capability at our new Hosur plant and Glass Solutions Bangalore (GSB).
🎯 Your Role:
🔹 Identify & deliver technical + behavioral training
🔹 Build a training center from the ground up
🔹 Maintain training MIS & records
🔹 Grow as a subject matter expert in technical training 💡
✅ Must-Haves: 📊 Strong in MS Excel 🗣️ Great communication & presentation skills 🌐 Multilingual – Tamil, Kannada, Telugu 🎓 Technical graduate (MBA preferred) 📅 7–10 years of experience
