Job Role:

As Assistant Customer Relation Manager, you are fully responsible for planning & execution of all CRM activities to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and customer retention.

• Provide basic information about products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz dealer in their respective area
• Responsible for bringing and retaining the after-sales business with dealership.
• Responsible to remind customer about the periodic maintenance and facilitate his visit to dealership through service booking.
• List the details of all the prospects who intent to buy Mercedes-Benz products or services.
• Capture customers’ feedback and co-ordinate with seniors for resolution of customer complaints.
• Ensure the customer satisfaction for future retention and business
