Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Cost Manager with expertise in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) to join our team in Gurugram. This is an on-site, full-time role where you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reviewing bar bending schedules, assisting in cost estimation, and preparing quantity take-offs. Additional responsibilities include supporting cost planning, monitoring project budgets, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and quantity take-offs.
• Experience in cost estimation, cost planning, and providing cost-related insights for construction projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in tools such as MS Excel and other relevant software.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with local construction standards, codes, and practices in the region is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
