Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct 10-12 cold calls daily to prospective corporate accounts, identify decision-makers, and generate qualified leads
  • Revenue Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for corporate diagnostic packages and wellness programs
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients while actively adding new accounts to the portfolio
  • On-ground Activations: Plan and execute health camps, wellness drives, and BTL promotional activities at corporate offices, educational institutions, financial organizations, and residential complexes
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to HR heads, Admin managers, and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) with corporate clients
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback for product/service enhancements
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Reporting: Submit daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in corporate B2B sales, business development, or institutional sales (Healthcare/Diagnostic sales experience is an added advantage)
  • Field Sales Background: Hands-on experience in extensive field work with strong ability to navigate corporate environments
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; ability to articulate value propositions convincingly
  • Networking Ability: Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals for lead generation
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
  • Technology Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms
  • Self-motivated: Driven, target-oriented individual with a positive attitude and resilence.
