Job Description

Junior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Support Senior Account Managers in managing day-to-day client communication.
Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering necessary documentation or requirements.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, campaigns, or product updates.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for client meetings.
Track account performance metrics and flag potential issues or opportunities.
Conduct research to support client strategies and business development efforts.
Help prepare proposals, quotes, and renewal documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the account management team.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of customer service principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
A collaborative and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales , marketing, etc.
Experience working with clients or cross-functional teams.
