Assistant Client Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for responding to leads promptly, developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, making outbound calls to engage with potential customers, meeting targets for various types of calls, creating and managing a database of potential clients, achieving monthly and yearly sales goals, preparing rough estimates, collecting necessary tokens, collaborating with designers, finalizing estimates, preparing final documents, and obtaining client satisfaction feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to leads promptly. - Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients. - Make outbound calls to engage with potential customers. - Meet targets for cold, active, and inactive calls. - Create and manage a database of potential clients. - Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals. - Prepare rough estimates. - Collect necessary tokens. - Collaborate with designers to transmit drawings to the factory. - Finalize estimates. - Prepare final documents. - Obtain client satisfaction feedback. Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience. - MBA degree in Sales & Marketing. Please note that proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred for this role.
