Qualification Assistant Chef (1 Post): Basic education Job Description The individual should know how to wrap momos (dumplings) and basic knowledge of Chinese dishes. Should have fast cutting skills. Assist Chef in food preparation. Attention to details related to food quality check and presentation. Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen hygiene. Execute and carry out day to day work allotted by the Chef. Check the stock and raw materials for the next day. Maintain professional, discipline and follow proper etiquette while interacting with superiors, chef, colleagues and customers. Assist the Chef in any work as and when required The contract will be for a period of 6 months. Liable to cancel extension if the individual fail to execute his assigned duty.
