Assistant Chef

Job Description

Assist in preparing a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, tarts, pastries, mousses, and breads. Support senior pastry chefs in recipe preparation and execution. Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes and instructions. Decorate and plate desserts in an appealing and consistent manner. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the pastry section and equipment. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines as per HACCP standards. Assist in maintaining portion control and minimizing waste. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. Stay updated with trends and techniques in pastry and dessert preparation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
