Job Summary

The Assistant Centre Manager supports the Centre Manager in the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating academic and operational activities, handling staff and student concerns, and ensuring the centre runs efficiently while meeting organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Centre Manager in overseeing daily centre operations and administration.Support in managing faculty schedules, class coordination, and academic activities.Handle student inquiries, admissions support, and ensure a positive student experience.Coordinate with HR for staff attendance, onboarding, and basic employee concerns.Monitor centre discipline, infrastructure, cleanliness, and overall environment.Maintain records related to students, staff, inventory, and centre reports.Support in fee collection follow-ups and coordination with the accounts team.Assist in organizing events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.Act as a point of contact between the centre, head office, faculty, and students.

Strong organizational and coordination skillsGood communication and interpersonal abilitiesBasic knowledge of administration and operationsAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under pressureProficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
