Assistant Business Manager

You will be responsible for leading and managing the assigned product category to ensure strong sales performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving sales targets and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed goals. - Supervising and training sales team members on product knowledge, customer engagement, and selling techniques. - Monitoring inventory levels, managing stock allocation, and coordinating replenishments with the inventory team. - Working closely with brands and vendors to implement promotions, discounts, and new product launches. - Tracking sales trends, analyzing performance data, and reporting to the Branch Manager. - Supporting marketing efforts through in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launch activities. - Handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution to maintain satisfaction. The educational qualification required for this role is a minimum of Plus Two pass.
