Assistant building Manager Technical

As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Analyst, your role involves a combination of advanced facilities work in regulated spaces. You will be part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets and providing support to the Property Managers for repairs and investment plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage painting and patchwork projects. - Perform major repairs on architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows. - Direct the installation of various items such as shelving, tank holders, and coat hooks. - Serve as the point of contact for front-line clients for various requests. - Coordinate with trades personnel for maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative measures. - Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques to solve routine problems. - Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. - Impact the quality of your work and that of your team members. - Explain complex information in straightforward situations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
