Assistant Brand Manager

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behavior & drive footfall at the stores.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for regional stores & contribute in Topline.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams & store managers to create marketing collaterals & campaigns
• Analyse digital media & make relevant strategy on engaging content to drive the customer through the funnel.
• Market visit & 360-degree analysis to get relevant insights & formulate strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly
• Maintain relationships with media contacts and agencies to get the work done within timeline
• Monitor competitor activities and market conditions
• Oversee the creation of visual merchandising at competition stores and brand stores & create new seasonal concepts to implement on brand stores.
• Coordinate with eCommerce teams to optimize online apparel sales & tracking
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate to conceptualize and execute yearly/quarterly campaigns
• Create reports, do data mining and presentations on marketing activities
• Ensure alignment with overall brand strategy
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive in-store promotions
