Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic individual to evaluate and refine our brands, making sure they remain cohesive, recognizable, and powerful. Your key responsibilities will include conducting in-depth brand audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement, shaping and maintaining visual identity and design standards across all platforms, developing brand guidelines for consistent tone, voice, and messaging, collaborating with internal and external teams to uphold brand integrity, and educating teams on brand standards while providing ongoing support for creative excellence. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Design, Communications, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in brand management or design. You should have expertise in visual design, typography, and brand messaging, be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, and have experience in creating brand guidelines. Strong analytical skills are essential for auditing brand effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you should be a creative thinker with a strategic mindset who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
