Job Summary:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support the overall operations of our gold purchase branch at Pala and Thodupuzha. The ideal candidate should be from the nearby area with prior experience in sales or customer handling, preferably from the banking or gold industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and team coordination.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and gold purchase transactions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and secure handling of gold assets.
• Promote services and contribute to branch sales targets.
• Help in training and supervising branch staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers and local clientele.
• Handle basic cash transactions and maintain records as per company policies.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly branch environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or the gold/jewelry sector is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates from or near Pala or Thodupuzha are highly preferred.
• Must be proficient in Malayalam; basic English communication is a plus.
• Willingness to work with integrity and accuracy in a cash and gold-handling environment.

Salary:

Attractive package based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹16,163.38 - ₹25,000.00 per month
