Job Description

Assist in managing daily branch/store operations with a focus on gold product transactions (sales, purchases, loans).
Ensure accurate valuation, purity testing, and secure handling of gold items.
Support the branch in achieving sales targets and revenue goals through gold-related services.
Guide and supervise frontline staff to deliver excellent customer service and follow compliance protocols.
Manage inventory of gold ornaments and other precious items, ensuring proper documentation and security.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g., KYC norms, RBI compliance for gold loans).
Help resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and timely escalation when needed.
Conduct periodic audits and stock checks to maintain operational transparency.
Train and develop junior staff on gold handling, customer interaction, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounts, audit, operations) to streamline gold product offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
