Details of the requirement are given below for your reference: 1) Client Company : Manufacturing Industry 2) Position : Assistant Accounts Manager(Male) 3) Experience Required : Minimum 3-5 years of experience (in a manufacturing firm) 4) Salary Negotiable : Salary - Rs. 50000 PM to 65000 PM Depending upon candidates knowledge 5) Job Location : Changodar, Ahmedabad 6) Job Description : Educational qualification Inter CA(preferred) / M.Com. Working Hours 8 hours – Weekly off on Tuesdays Excellent leadership skills and willingness to train the subordinates. 1. Heading a team of 3-4 Accounts executives 2. Timely and accurate recording of all accounting entries, reconciliation. 3. Liaisoning with consultants , bankers, statutory authorities 4. Timely and accurate compliance of all statutory requirements. 5. Compliance of GST, Income Tax, Labour laws, Factory Act. 6. Cash flow planning and projection. 7. Timely collection from debtors and payments to creditors. 8. Calculation and timely payment of salaries and payments to contractors 9. Timely and negotiated insurance payments. 10. Internal and statutory audit. 11. Preparation of monthly and annual P & L account, Balance Sheet. 12. Preparation of personal accounts of directors. 13. Preparation of monthly MIS reports 14. Product and Process costing (with the help of CFO / CA) 15. Over viewing and helping HR and Admin whenever required.
