Assistant Accounting Manager

As an experienced candidate with 8 to 10 years of experience, your role as an Accountant will involve reviewing the monthly closing of accounts, handling team activities, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing and preparing financial statements - Double-checking bookkeeping and accounting work - Communicating with clients and the US office - Generating MIS reports including budgets - Working on CPA work papers - Assisting in Income Tax Preparation and Filing - Assisting in 1099s/W-2s Preparation and Filing - Entering time in Intacct - Monitoring systems and processes for improvements - Managing employee relationships and performance - Ensuring adherence to internal processes and systems such as Document Checklist, Activity List, SOP, and Financial Work papers - Collaborating with management to enhance client efficiency and profitability - Collecting key data like Work Planner and Financial Statements Submission Checklist promptly - Handling client billing, especially for hourly clients - Safeguarding clients" confidential information and following ISO/IEC:27001 guidelines Please note: The Job Description does not include any additional details about the company.,
