Job Description

You have 2 years of industry experience or 3 years of article ship in a CA firm. Elevate First Business Private Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated Accountant to join their team. As an Accountant, you will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide financial information to support company operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid accounting background and a dedication to precision and organization. Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries and general ledger activities. - Reconcile bank statements to ensure financial data accuracy. - Prepare and analyze financial statements for management and client information. - Assist in month-end and year-end close processes. - Support senior accountants and management as needed. - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA Inter (With Articleship Experience) preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of accounting or similar role experience. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
