Bachelor’s / Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred (not mandatory)

Prepare & manage financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Monthly, quarterly & annual closings, accounting entries (salaries, advances, loans, reimbursements).
Account reconciliation & documentation.
Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, Advance Tax compliance & liaise with auditors.
Vendor payments, bank reconciliations, expense management.
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting & MIS reports.
Lead & guide accounts team, allocate tasks & ensure deadlines.
Maintain accounting policies, implement cost controls & process improvements.

Skills / Attributes / Key Skills:

Accounting standards, taxation, compliance, GST, TDS, MIS, Financial Reporting.
Team management & leadership, analytical & problem-solving skills.
