Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Account Executive located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Assistant Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely service delivery. Daily tasks include handling client communications, preparing reports, assisting in client meetings, and supporting the Account Executive in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client relations, and customer service
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience in the security services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
