Assistance Manager - Corporate Quality Systems

Role

• Co-ordination, implementation and maintenance of Quality system in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Co-ordinate for Management Review Meetings
• Report on the status of QMS to the top management
• Plan and organize internal quality audits of IATF 16949, ISO14001 & 45001
• Control of QMS /EOHS Documentation and liaise with external parties on matters relating to quality systems.
• Coordinate with external agency, certification body for conducting audits.
• Coordinate with plants for of CAPA and closure of Internal and External / Customer NC’s
• Ensuring on-time closure of external audit NCR’s & communicating the improvement actions to certifying body.
• To ensure the awareness of customer requirements through out the organization
• Ensure latest Customer specific requirements & revising CSR as per the latest Customer SQAM
• Up-dation of Quality system documents. (Manual, Procedure, Work instruction and formats if any based-on customer specific requirements.
• Ensuring the Latest applicable legal and other requirement and communicating to EOHS, HR team in the organization
• Communicating changes / revisions of the procedures to all plants by releasing in IMS
• Planning & coordinating for weekly QA and EOHS performance review meeting.
