Job description:
Position: Assistant ManagerLocation: KolkataQualification: Graduate (B.com) with minimum 3 years of experience in a firm specialize in Corporate Indirect Tax Practice

Area of Experience:

• Understanding the requirements of client from advisory and compliance services perspective
• Assist the team during litigation matters (including understand the Notice / Orders, understand and discuss facts of the matter and contentions of the department, undertaking / review of research undertaken, drafting / review of the reply / appeals, liaise with tax authorities and client, timely submissions, etc.)
• Drafting research based quality replies to the Show Cause Notices
• Preparing Arguments sheet in respect of personal hearing before the Adjudication/Appellate authorities
• Preparation and filing of refund applications
• Review of Annual GST Returns
• Managing GST Audits & coordination with Tax Office & consultants for the same
• Managing appeals for GST/ Pre GST demands/ refund rejections
• Building relationship and interacting with clients

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
