Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join our group of institutions on immediate basis Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Provide leadership and strategic direction to review and establish the administration of scheduling, attendance, leave management, payroll and benefits following statutory obligations. Review and implement staff welfare measures. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 -3 Years of experience in HR Filed. MBA -HR or other related areas of education Smart and wise in decision making Confident and pleasant. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: HR: 2 years (Preferred)
