Asset Servicing Specialist

Role Overview: You will be a part of J.P. Morgan's Asset Servicing team, where you will play a crucial role in managing corporate actions and income events across multiple asset classes. Your responsibilities will include reconciling positions, processing transactions, and serving as a key point of contact for internal communication. This role will allow you to utilize your expertise in asset servicing, collaborate with business partners, and contribute to process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform both routine and non-routine asset servicing transactions and tasks with moderate to advanced complexity, utilizing intermediate to advanced subject matter expertise. This involves diagnosing issues and providing operational or technical solutions with defined autonomy. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the asset servicing lifecycle. - Act as a primary point of contact for internal communication with Middle Office and Client Service teams. - Review the work of peers and provide recommendations for process enhancements. - Demonstrate flexibility by being available for extended hours based on business requirements to meet client expectations. - Work effectively under pressure and be willing to work in different shifts as needed. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in asset servicing services, securities lending, or prime brokerage operations is essential. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively drive change and strengthen controls. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and manage through changes effectively. - A Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel (including VLOOKUP), and Outlook.,
