Asset Owner Operation Service Delivery - Vice President

In this role as Vice President of Asset Owner Operation Service Delivery within the Operations team, you will play a crucial part in acquiring, managing, and retaining relationships that provide exceptional experiences to our institutional clients who are asset owners. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, overseeing issue resolution, and communicating effectively with senior management to escalate and prioritize client issues appropriately. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues. - Manage the global distributed operating model effectively. - Collaborate with technology, operations, and stakeholders to identify process improvements and strategic directions. - Handle daily business as usual (BAU) query management and resolution. - Manage issue escalation, remediation, client-requested changes, and reporting. - Oversee client behavior changes related to all services and initiatives. - Coordinate client service reviews, restructuring activities, and new client onboarding. - Successfully deliver all client ad hoc reporting and support audit and regulatory reporting queries. - Provide consultancy to clients on accounting matters and best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Over 10 years of experience in Operations. - Strong technical skills in accounting principles and theories. - Proficiency in GAAP Accounting and Fund Accounting for Institutional clients. - Ability to excel in a global environment and matrix management organization. - Exceptional leadership, staff development, and team management skills. - Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and client service skills. - Proficient in analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making. - Experience in collaborating across diverse business areas/functions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentations. - Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,
