Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare detailed reports on asset performance and present findings to management for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting across the organization. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 2-3 years in asset management or financial analysis, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Familiarity with asset management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
