Description

The Asset Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the asset management operations, ensuring optimal asset utilization, and managing the asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have a proven track record in asset management.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the asset desk operations to ensure efficient handling of all assets.
Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures.
Monitor asset performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset utilization.
Conduct regular audits of assets to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Manage asset lifecycle from acquisition through disposal.
Analyze market trends and provide insights for investment opportunities.
Train and mentor junior team members on asset management practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-9 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficient in asset management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to asset management.
