Job Description

AGOAs an Assessment & Growth Officer at SkoolGuru, you will be responsible for conducting student learning assessments, recommending personalized learning plans, and ensuring student admissions by closing deals with parents. Your role also extends to tracking student progress post-admission and ensuring visible academic growth, while maintaining strong communication with parents and the academic team. This is a hybrid role – combining academic evaluation, sales closure, and growth monitoring.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Sales and negotiation ability (closing admissions after assessments)
  • Analytical ability to assess student learning gaps and strengths
  • Presentation skills to explain results and growth plans to parents
  • Objection handling and problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of school curricula (KG–12, CBSE, ICSE, State, International)
  • Familiarity with EdTech tools, online assessments, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with parents Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Prior experience in assessments, counseling, or sales (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of student learning outcomes and pedagogy
  • Fluency in English and regional languages (Malayalam/Hindi advantage)
  • Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also apply Requirements
