CIPL Urgent Requirement , Onsite & Offshore JOB Description: Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly Process NPI No of Opening : 5 Req Exp : 3 to 7Years Max Notice: Immediate / 15days Preferred MANUFACTURING ENGINBEER IN ASSEMBLY PROCESS, PROCESS PLAN, TOOL SELECTION, TORQUE TOOL KNOWLEDGE,BOM PLANNING Manage the comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) planning process, ensuring accurate definition and structuring of components, subassemblies, and raw materials required for production. Utilize Siemens Teamcenter Vis-mockup to design and validate efficient assembly sequences virtually. Simulate assembly steps to optimize workflow, ensure tool accessibility, and identify potential issues before production. Develop and manage comprehensive tool planning strategies, including the selection and deployment of torque wrenches, DC tools, tackles, and material delivery trolleys. Ensure all tooling is optimized for efficiency, safety, and ergonomic use during assembly operations both NPI and CPI engines using tools such as CAPP+, PLEX and Teamcenter by driving continuous improvements and lean manufacturing principles. Design and optimize production line balancing to maximize efficiency, evenly distribute workload, minimize bottlenecks, and ensure smooth flow of materials and manpower Comprehensive virtual validation of engine assemblies using Teamcenter Vis-mockup, focusing on design accuracy, assembly sequence feasibility, and serviceability audits. Pictorial Documenting on captured issues for easy understanding & pointing on Assembly. Review the Captured issues with Assembly Design engineer based on the Issues severity.
