Assembly Line Operator

As a Production Operator at our MNC Company based in Dubai, UAE, your role as an Operating Engineer will involve the following key responsibilities: - Work in the factory as an Operating Engineer, following the production plan provided by seniors. - Operate machines and perform setup changes according to the production plan. - Carry out tasks at assembly stations and handle packaging of finished products. - Adhere to safety norms and follow standard work instructions to ensure efficient operations. - Maintain a 5S environment in machine or assembly areas on a daily basis. - Actively participate in shop floor improvement projects and Kaizen initiatives. - Develop multiskilling abilities to contribute effectively to different tasks. - Aim for zero rejection in production and zero customer complaints to maintain quality standards. Qualifications required: - Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. - Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in production. - Knowledge of AUTOCAD will be an added advantage. Please note that a valid passport is mandatory for this position.
