Role & responsibilities

Assembly Operations:
Supervise and execute
assembly line processes
ensuring adherence to quality and production targets.
Shift Work Management:
Work in
rotational shifts
to ensure continuous production with minimal downtime.
Bearing Assembly Expertise:
Handle
bearing assembly processes
, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
Process Optimization:
Identify areas for improvement in
assembly techniques, cycle time, and efficiency
.
Quality Control:
Ensure products meet
ISO & IATF QMS standards
, conducting inspections and resolving defects.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Diagnose and rectify
assembly line malfunctions
in coordination with the maintenance team.
Tooling & Equipment Management:
Ensure proper use, calibration, and maintenance of
assembly tools and equipment
.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain records of
assembly processes, production reports, and deviations
.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to workplace
safety guidelines, SOPs, and 5S principles
to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with
production, maintenance, and quality teams
to achieve manufacturing goals.
