Assembly Engineer

As an Assembly Technician in our company, you will be responsible for the assembly of new moulds according to specifications and drawings. Your key responsibilities will include refurbishment of existing moulds, active support to solve mould and product problems, recording all the process parameters and mould checking aspects such as Water Flow and HRS temp, ensuring 5S in the assembly area, tracking all deviations after mold trial and final mould inspection, and troubleshooting during the trials. Additionally, you will be involved in mould commissioning at customer sites, witnessing long trials, conducting mould spare part trials, tracking mould history of delivered moulds, and reporting. You will also monitor mould life in coordination with the respective customer, prepare mold operational and maintenance manuals, and train the customer's team while ensuring timely completion of every ECN/modification before each trial. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess strong leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, at least 4-5 years of experience in Mould Assembly Department, and good communication and documentation skills.
