Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to provide excellent customer service. Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment (domestic voice process). Strong proficiency in Assamese language (spoken) with good communication skills. Basic knowledge of computer applications including MS Office software suite. Ability to work on outbound calling campaigns for domestic clients. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changing processes.
