ASRS Warehouse Technical Support Specialist

Key responsibilities:
Participate in the daily operation of the ASRS warehouse; Diagnose and troubleshoot automation equipment, IT equipment and WCS software; Manage the operation and maintenance of automation systems, including but not limited to fault statistics, spare parts inventory, preventive maintenance plans, and fault reporting/repair; Ensure that the automation system supports daily operations to the greatest extent possible; Collaboration and communication among internal functional teams; External supplier management; Other operational and maintenance work related to the software and hardware of ASRS warehouse.Requirements:More than 3 years of experience in equipment installation and commissioning; Bachelor's degree or above in related fields such as Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechanical Manufacturing; Over 3 years of experience in key roles for large and complex industrial projects (such as industrial robots, stackers, conveyors, etc.); Familiarity with various automation standard components, including but not limited to PLCs, mechanical systems, electrical systems, etc.; Understanding of integrated automation projects, including IT architecture, software modules, business processes, etc.; Experience in the logistics industry is preferred; Strong sense of responsibility and strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Office software and the Windows operating system; skilled in AutoCAD and other diagramming and programming software; Good spoken and written English skills.????:?????????????? ????????????,????????????IT????WCS??; ????????????,????????????????????????????/??; ???????????????????; ??????????????; ??????? ????????????????????;????:3????????????????; ?????/??/???/?????????,???????; 3???????????(??????????????)??????; ??????????,??????PLC???????????; ?????????????,??IT?????????????; ???????????; ????,??????????????; ??Office???Windows????,??AutoCAD?????????; ????????????;Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
