About the Role

ASP.NET MVC Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance
web applications
using
ASP.NET MVC
,
C#
, and related Microsoft technologies.
Design and implement efficient, reusable, and scalable backend solutions.
Collaborate with
frontend developers
,
UI/UX designers
, and
QA teams
to deliver seamless solutions.
Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
Develop and consume
RESTful APIs
and
web services
.
Integrate applications with
databases (SQL Server)
and optimize queries for performance.
Debug, test, and fix application issues and bottlenecks.
Participate in
code reviews
, documentation, and deployment processes.
Stay up to date with new .NET technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science
,
Information Technology
, or a related field.
Proven experience (2–6 years) in
ASP.NET MVC application development
.
Strong knowledge of
C#
,
.NET Framework / .NET Core
, and
Entity Framework
.
Hands-on experience with
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
, and
Bootstrap
.
Experience in
SQL Server
— writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
Understanding of
OOP principles

design patterns
, and
n-tier architecture
.
Knowledge of
version control systems
(Git, TFS, or SVN).
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
