Position- ASM

Experience 5-9 years

Location Lucknow will handle whole UP

Job Role Work on non-active dealers, contact with dealers who sell spare parts- convert them into dealers, has to work on other than existing active channel partners to add in the business

Detailed JD :

  • Sales & Target Management

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for

    Spares category.

  • Monitor model-wise and segment-wise performance (e.g. Rim, Chain, Hub, Freewheel, Chain wheel etc. etc.)
  • Push high-margin or high-inventory models based on company focus.

  • Retail & Dealer Network Management

  • Appoint, develop, and manage Spares oriented whole seller/distributors & dealers in the assigned territory.
  • Activate non-active dealers in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels, branding, and visibility at stores.
  • Negotiate schemes and promotional plans with channel partners.

  • Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop untapped markets or underserved states/towns/cities in the region
  • Work on onboarding new dealers counters and service points.
  • Develop new channels (e.g., modern retail, institutional buyers, or schools).

  • Field & Team Management

  • Support the existing bicycle team of RSE or TSE (if require)
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure ground-level execution.
  • Train dealer staff/Mechanics on product features, upselling, and seasonal offerings.

  • Demand Planning & Inventory Control

  • Coordinate with factories/supply chain/warehouse teams for timely dispatch and order fulfillment.
  • Forecast demand by analyzing channel partners sales trend/ seasonality etc.
  • Manage stock rotation and avoid aging inventory at retail counters.

  • Marketing Execution & Visibility

  • Execute mechanics training program, marketing/promotional plans etc.
  • Ensure proper placement of POS material (Posters, banners etc.).
  • Push seasonal promotions at dealers level.

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports through Hero Sales App. and share key insights.
  • Track competitor activity: new launches, pricing, schemes, and product quality.
  • Collect feedback from dealers & mechanics and end customers.

  • Customer Support & Service Oversight

  • Help resolve escalated complaints or warranty claims.
