ASM (P&L Head)

You are a dynamic and experienced professional who is sought after by Fintm to take on the role of P&L Head. In this position, you will be responsible for leading franchise sales growth, managing business profitability, and driving strategic expansion across key markets. Your proven expertise in sales leadership, team building, and operational efficiency within the franchise or retail domain will be crucial for success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include owning and managing the Profit & Loss account of the franchise business unit, strategically planning and leading sales growth across existing and new markets, driving operational excellence, ensuring alignment with business goals, building and leading high-performing sales and business development teams, fostering relationships and partnerships within the franchise/retail networks, analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities, and ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI on all business initiatives. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or P&L management, a strong background in franchise or retail operations, demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results, excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills, and experience scaling operations and launching new markets is a plus.
