ASM- Pharma OTC + FMCG

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) specializing in Pharma OTC and FMCG. The position is located in Rajkot. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and establishing strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include market analysis, monitoring competitor activities, and executing promotional plans.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and market analysis
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Pharma OTC and FMCG sectors
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and onsite in Rajkot
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is a plus
