As a Sales and Distribution Executive for Milk & Milk Products, your role involves executing, reviewing, and promoting the sales & distribution activities of Milk & Milk Products in the assigned territory to support the Sales team in achieving business targets and ensuring ISO guidelines implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and promote the Modern Trade business to achieve sales targets according to the business plan. - Build and lead the MRF team towards organizational objectives. - Establish the brand identity in the market and enhance visibility. - Visit MRF stores daily, including existing and new outlets in the chain. - Ensure proper placement, visibility, facing, shelf space, stock availability, stock condition (FIFO), and hygiene of products at MRF stores/channels. - Organize Customer Contract Programs and address complaints effectively. - Review business gaps, develop sales promotional activities, and enhance parlor sales in the operational area. - Review and reconcile sales realizations & out standings. - Monitor and review the distribution/channel marketing system and local buyers. - Ensure timely product supply, minimize leakages, damages, and transit losses. - Develop market intelligence, identify new outlets, and expand the distribution network. - Optimize manpower utilization, develop, and monitor teams effectively. - Track purchase orders daily, generate periodical MIS reports, and follow up on unlisted products for listing. - Coordinate effectively, ensure compliance with all statutory, ISO, and audit queries.
