Asistant Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, people management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day hotel operations across departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
• Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and purchasing needs efficiently
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
• Handle guest relations, feedback, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
• Oversee reservations, check-ins/outs, and room allocation
• Create staff schedules and manage workforce planning
• Solve operational problems quickly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar management role
• Strong skills in inventory control, people management, and multitasking
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
