ASIC Design Engineer - Security Subsystem

Role Overview: NVIDIA is seeking RTL Design engineers for their Security Subsystem Design deployed in various chips like Automotive, GPU, DPU, and Client chips. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for understanding system security concepts, making architectural trade-offs, implementing RTL, driving verification, closing timing, and supporting silicon validation for the Security cluster of next-generation chips. This role requires strong digital design and verification fundamentals. Key Responsibilities: - Own micro-architecture and RTL development of design modules - Micro-architect features to meet performance, power, and area requirements - Collaborate with HW architects to define critical features - Partner with verification teams to verify implemented features - Coordinate with timing, VLSI, and Physical design teams to ensure design meets requirements and is routable Qualifications Required: - BTech/MTech with a proven track record in crafting complex Units and CPU/micro-controller based Sub-systems - 2+ years of design experience - Knowledge of security standards, protocols, and system security architectures of modern SOCs would be a plus - Excellent influencing skills for collaboration with cross-cultural, multi-geography, and matrixed teams - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Great interpersonal skills and ability to work as an excellent teammate Additional Company Details: NVIDIA is known for having some of the most brilliant and talented individuals in the world.
