Job Description

Role Overview: As the Asia Pacific Data Solutions Operations Leader at APAC Human Capital Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving HCA and RMCD delivery impacting both the region and global clients. Your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal results through successful deployment and execution of initiatives supporting the data solutions business growth strategy and priorities for the APAC region. By optimizing operations, leveraging scale, and determining resource requirements, you will deliver value to clients and colleagues. Identifying and addressing issues related to client satisfaction, operational excellence, and margin improvement will be key aspects of your role, as you collaborate with global Data Solutions Operations teams and Centres of Excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Directly manage and engage a team of 8 people across key markets in the region to align regional strategy and operations with global objectives. - Oversee Platform Operations, including Client Experience Management, Product Data Review, and Platform Integrations. - Manage Data Operations, focusing on data progress tracking & risk management, data & analytics management, and technology efficiency. - Drive global consistency within data solutions platforms and processes, ensuring coordination with local teams for testing, deployment, and improvement. - Collaborate with APAC Data Solutions Leadership team on product management activities such as Product Coverage, Content, and Assets. - Represent the regional voice of clients and colleagues in strategic decision-making processes. - Focus on operational excellence, milestone achievements, and setting operating strategies for the data solutions business. - Maintain high delivery standards, ensuring timely and high-quality results for clients. - Foster regional team collaboration with global data solutions teams and implement global initiatives while considering regional market nuances. - Encourage and utilize scaled capabilities within the function and across the wider data solutions business. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. - Proven experience in data solutions operations, preferably in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and technology efficiency. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams. - Strategic thinking and business analysis capabilities to support commercial objectives. - Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.,
