Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the artist and external stakeholders (labels, event organizers, media, brands, collaborators).
Manage the artist’s day-to-day schedule, including meetings, studio sessions, shows, tours, and promotional events.
Negotiate and review contracts, bookings, endorsements, and collaboration opportunities.
Develop and execute career strategies for the artist’s professional growth.
Build and maintain strong industry relationships (event organizers, PR agencies, brands, record labels, etc.).
Oversee marketing, branding, and social media presence of the artist.
Handle financial aspects including budgets, payments, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
Provide guidance and support to the artist in both creative and professional decisions.
Ensure all commitments, deadlines, and obligations are met on time.
