Role Overview

AI Trainees

Responsibilities

• Basic Python scripting and simple API calling. 
• Learning how LLMs work (chat models, prompts, embeddings). 
• Supporting team in building small RAG-based demos. 
• Preparing datasets, cleaning text, and organizing documents. 
• Testing AI features and reporting improvements. 
• Researching simple AI tools and writing short notes. 

Required Skills (Basic)

• Basics of 

  Python

   (loops, functions, files). 
• Basic idea of what 

  LLMs

   are. 
• Understanding of 

  API

   (request/response). 
• Good communication & willingness to learn. 

Good to Have (Optional)

• Knowledge of any AI library (LangChain / HuggingFace) 
• Basic idea of embeddings / vector DBs 
• Any small AI project, even a simple chatbot
