Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. You will architect AI systems, build data pipelines, and integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities including LLMs, RAG systems, and cloud-based AI platforms into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data ingestion to model deployment
Develop LLMs, NLP applications, and RAG systems using vector databases
Build AI-powered chatbots, document processing, and information extraction pipelines
Create robust ETL pipelines and optimize data lakehouse architectures
Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
Develop APIs and microservices for AI model integration
Stay current with AI/ML research and experiment with new technologies

Required Qualifications

Programming
: Proficiency in Python (required), JavaScript, Java, or similar languages
AI/ML Technologies
: Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, RAG systems, vector databases, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Data & Cloud
: Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, PySpark, Databricks) and major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
Development
: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, microservices, and version control (Git)
Experience
: 3-5+ years in AI/ML engineering with proven track record of deploying production AI solutions
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, document intelligence, and chatbot development
Cloud certifications (AWS ML, Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud ML)
Master's degree in AI/ML or Computer Science
MLOps, containerization (Docker), and enterprise software development experience
