Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  intelligent RPA bots

  integrating AI/ML models.
• Identify automation opportunities through process assessment and stakeholder engagement.
• Integrate AI services (NLP, OCR, ML, document understanding) with RPA tools.
• Build custom ML models for classification, prediction, or anomaly detection tasks.
• Work with APIs and unstructured data sources (PDFs, emails, scanned images, etc.).
• Ensure robust bot performance in production using CI/CD and monitoring practices.
• Document design specs, test cases, and technical workflows.
• Collaborate with global teams across product, data science, and engineering.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML development or intelligent automation.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with

  RPA tools

  (UiPath preferred).
• Strong Python skills (including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, spaCy, etc.).
• Experience working with

  NLP

  ,

  OCR

  (Tesseract, Azure/AWS/GCP OCR), and

  ML models

  .
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, AWS Sagemaker).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, web scraping, and JSON/XML data handling.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• UiPath Document Understanding or AI Center experience.
• Certification in UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.
• Exposure to process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
• Docker or Kubernetes experience for scalable deployments.
• Experience with Indian use-cases: invoice processing, KYC automation, chatbot integration, etc.
