Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As an AI Engineer at Bridging Technologies, your role will involve developing and integrating cutting-edge AI tools into our SaaS products. You will be responsible for leading AI feature development, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring junior engineers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop AI-driven features using large language models (LLMs) and embedding techniques. - Integrate solutions with tools like OpenAI, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or Hugging Face. - Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and conversational AI workflows. - Collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into the product. - Continuously optimize AI models and pipelines for performance, scalability, and accuracy. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML-focused software development. - Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and toolkits like LangChain, Pinecone, and OpenAI. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of system architecture and design. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Must be able to work full-time from our office location (this is not a remote role).
